Verveine is a tea made of the herb lemon verbena, native to South America. It is cultivated in southern Germany in accordance with the strict Demeter Biodynamic Farm Standard of organic cultivation. Each leaf is hand picked, one by one, so as not to crush the scented capsules on the back of the leaves. It is caffeine free, aids in digestion, and has a relaxing effect, making it ideal to drink before bed or during breaks at work. Please use 4 to 5 leaves per person as suggested below.
