PRICE REVISION OF EMS
In February 7, 2023, we revised the overseas shipping fee. International e-packet was unavailable, and it is shipped only by Japan Post’s Express Mail Service (EMS). We apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for your understanding.
Add the products you wish to purchase to the shopping cart in the Toka online shop. When your order is complete, go to the shopping cart page to begin the check-out process. Only one designated shipping address is permitted per order. You can register one delivery address for future use.
Please choose credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, or bank transfer for payment.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
We can only accept one time payments in full. The order total will be deducted from the specified account based on the membership agreement with the credit card company. For details, please check the terms and condition of the relevant credit card company.
Orders will ship after we confirm payment. Please transfer funds within one week of placing an order. The customer is responsible for any bank charges and transfer fees. If the payment is not received within one week the order will be canceled. If you still wish to make a purchase, please resubmit a new order.

Orders are dispatched within 5 business days of confirming payment. In Japan we ship all ordered goods through Japan Post’s Yu-pack parcel service.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING FEES
Domestic shipping fees are based on the total cost of goods ordered in one order.
(1) The shipping fee for orders less than ¥20,000 (tax included) is ¥690 nationwide with the exception of Hokkaido and Okinawa which are ¥1,400.
(2) Domestic shipping is free for orders over ¥20,000 (tax included).
CHOOSING DELIVERY DATE AND TIME (domestic only)
You can choose a delivery date and time starting 7 days from the date of your order. However, depending on the area such as remote islands, it may not be possible to specify the delivery date and time. In addition, please note that there may be delays due to accessibility, traffic, weather, etc. Options for delivery times are: morning, 12-2pm, 2-4pm, 4-6pm, 6-8pm, 7-9pm, 8-9pm, or unspecified. You may choose multiple delivery windows by writing in the remarks column. Please note that once your order has shipped, the delivery address and delivery date and time cannot be changed.

OVERSEAS SHIPPING COSTS
Overseas shipping costs are calculated during the check-out process according to delivery region and the total weight of shipment.
ABOUT OUR TEA TASTING LETTER (domestic only)
Our tea tasting letter service allows you to try a new tea or send tea to friends and acquaintances with minimal shipping fees. This service only applies to teas which are sold in the Toka online shop in bags containing 50g of tea. We will send one slim aluminum bag with 50g of tea as a smart letter for a flat rate of ¥180 nationwide.
1. Only one delivery address and one bag of tea is permitted per order.
2. Two or more bags of tea will be delivered by Yu-Pack.
3. Products that are not packed in aluminum flat bags (hojicha, herbal tea, matcha) will be delivered by Yu-Pack.
4. We do not offer this service to international addresses.
5. We cannot provide scheduled delivery, tracking, insurance, or delivery confirmation.
BEST TO BE CONSUMED DATES FOR FOOD ITEMS
Leaf tea: Best consumed within 6 months of purchase
Powder tea: Best consumed within 3 months of purchase
Rice crackers: Best consumed within 45 days of purchase
CANCELLATION AND RETURN OF TEA AND FOOD ITEMS
Once an order is complete, we are unable to accept cancellations or returns, except in the case of damaged or defective goods. In the case of damaged or defective tea and food, please contact us within 3 days after the delivery of your shipment. We will replace your items at no cost to you.
RETURN OF TEAWARE
If a teaware product you ordered in the Toka online shop does not meet your expectations, you are free to return it.
The following conditions must be met to return a product.
1. Please contact us within 7 days of the shipment’s arrival.
2. The customer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping.
3. The returned product must arrive in its original, undamaged and unused condition.
4. Returns must include the original invoice.
5. The product must have been purchased through the Toka online shop.
If all of these conditions are met, we will refund the purchase amount minus a restocking fee of 20%.
Should teaware bought through the Toka online shop get damaged during use, we offer a repair service. Please inform us about the details of the damage (photo and description).
