Brewing Guidelines

① 温めた急須に茶葉を8gほど入れ、蓋をして蒸らす。
② あらかじめ沸騰したお湯を55度まで冷ましたら、60mlほどをまんべんなく茶葉に回しかける。
③ 15秒ほど置いてから、湯のみに注ぐ。

茶の旨味が凝縮している最後の1滴まで残らず注ぎ切るのがコツです。2煎目からは少しずつお湯の温度を上げて、抽出時間を短くします。湯量を増やしながら最後の煎までどうぞ。
